We had a great time exploring Baja California just a few weeks after Hurricane Hilary caused so much damage. We did two sections of the Baja Divide 4x4 Trail, from Santo Tomás to Punta Colonet, and the section from Highway 1 to Catavíña. The further south we went the more apparent the hurricane...

We're heading out in just over two weeks. I'll post back here when we're done.

I'm curious if anyone has completed this route recently? I'm being told by many on the Talk Baja Road Conditions group that it's not doable in a 4x4.
