I had to remove myself from the waitlist due to my daughter's soccer and basketball schedule. Bummed I can't make this one. Have fun y'all!
 
Did i see you in your rig today in Santa Rosa? I was leaving the fairgrounds and I thought I spotted you, tried to catch you at the light, but you made a right turn before the freeway entrance.
 
Hey @Sean Bonick I was up there for a couple of hours yesterday with my kid and dad. Left around 1pm. Funny enough, this was my first industry related expo/trade show. Hopefully they continue growing the event, as NorCal could definitely use it!

We had left around that time as well.
It was a small show compared to the other shows I have attended. I am looking to build out my F250 SD just looking at other builds, and gather intel.
 
Don't worry folks, I haven't forgotten about this event ;)

I'm off to Big Sur with my wife at the end of this week but plan on getting the route and itinerary figured out next week. Things are looking a lot better in terms of the fires up that way, so it shouldn't have an impact on our plans as of today. I'll let everyone know once the GPX file is posted.

Hey Ben. Have a great time with your wife at Big Sur. I just came back from my trip to Baja after having a great time. I posted a few pictures on the trip report. Hasta la vista amigo 👍🏽
 
Just when I could really use this trip work gets in the way. I'm out for this trip and one spot has opened up. Looking forward to the next one.

Unfortunately I've had some family stuff come up and I won't be able to make this trip. However, Jonathan, aka @Camo Taco is still interested in going out and leading the group. The GPX file along with the meeting location have been posted. I'll be sharing a few additional details with Jonathan in regards to one semi-technical section and one section of trail that I'm not 100% sure is open (it was really made for the sake of creating a shortcut to Kangaroo lake).


Also, if you're capable of carrying extra fuel I'd recommend trying to carry 5 gallons. There's two options for fuel stops along the way, but if the group is able to make it to Etna without stopping in Trinity Center, that will speed things up.
 
@j.michae-2290 You've been moved to the going list. I know this is short notice, but would you be able to join or should we move onto the next person on the waiting list?
 
Well it turns out I would have had to cancel due to my truck regardless! Just got a call from teh drivetrain shop, and they said my front axle is F'ed, and that I shouldn't drive it until it's fixed! Ugh-- I was hoping to do this track in a couple of weeks, but looks like that will be a no go for now :P
