I ran across this one for sale on Hagerty Marketplace. What an awesome setup, and a real piece of history! Extremely rare. It's got a current bid of about 30k, but I suspect it'll sell for quite a bit more.
Edit: Sold for $48,500. And the bronco needs everything replaced except the body and frame. Prices for EB's have skyrocketed in the last 20 years. The camper was probably the last one which is still in usable condition, so that had to factor into the price tag.
