Great info, thank you! For public record, I did end up speaking with someone at the BLM Vale office and their official position is that they do not want people driving across the river at all, no matter the level or season.

Looking to spend 7-8 days in the Owyhees this spring. Curious if anyone has run through there from south to north (starting around Basque, heading east to Three Forks Dome/Hot Springs --> up to Jordan Valley --> up through the more popular part of the canyonlands to Leslie Gulch, Three Fingers...

Curious to know, OP or Ben or anyone else experienced in this area, is there any advantage or rationale running it north to south? Anyone been down toward Three Forks Hot Springs? I was picturing adding that on, either to start or finish.
