Has anyone run the Six Rivers alternative route North of HWY 36? We're planning a trip in September to start in Eureka and follow the alt route down to 36 where we'll jump on the Shasta-Trinity BDT. Any tips, hints, or warnings welcome. Edit: I should add it is a pair of Jeeps making the trip.
