I have Ioverlander downloaded. Seems there are a lot of spots on there that are good off grid campsites.

I have Ioverlander downloaded. Seems there are a lot of spots on there that are good off grid campsites.

Here's the thing, you can't dispersed camp anywhere you want in these areas anymore: Hole in the Wall, Echo Canyon, Cottonwood Canyon, and Marblewood Canyon. If you want to camp at any of these locations, then you need to make the $10 reservation and stay at a specific site per the link I shared previously. We've reflected these recent updates in the the camping recommendations and info for the Death Valley Adventure Route. In due time, I expect the camping locations noted as wild camping in those areas will be removed from iOverlander and replaced with new pins that adhere to the reservation system that I'm referring to.

Hello;
I am interested in this trip but understand both slots and standby are sold out. I noticed that a second group is possible if there is enough interest. I'll throw my hat in the ring for a second group, if one forms.
