Curious about camping at Trona Pinnacles - are folks going to the side with the toilet, or the back side with the view (and wind?)?
I'm still figuring out whether Max and I are camping or staying in Ridgecrest the first night.

I’ll be leaving from sacramento after 4:00 pm. It means I could roll in into Ridgecrest late at night. I’ll see you guys at Trona Saturday morning.

It should start around the time the driver is entering the steps. These two images help illustrate how much of the V notch section was removed and washed down. MUCH more difficult now than it would have been back pre Hillary.

It's incredible how much the steps have changed in 10+ years (see other photos below)






Look how deep this first obstacle coming up from 2021 is. This was the last thing we went down this year.
