- Go to this page and fill in the form with the relevant information for your event.
- Once you've submitted your event, we'll get back to you typically within a couple of days if we're not out on the trail. If we're out in the bush, it may take us up to 10 days to respond. We'll let you know if we have any follow up questions, or if your event is approved. Once your event is approved, you'll be given some additional instructions (creating an event thread in the forums).
- Once your event has been approved, we'll notify you add your event to the OTG events page.
