Thanks for letting me know about Whitefeather. Will check out their front bumper options as I live one town away in Chico. As far as I know there is only one in the Us. You have to ship your 2wd Sprinter where they do the conversion.
Whitefeather in Red Bluff converts Sprinters using Dana axles etc. I drove one of their low top T1n conversions.
It was fine. In retrospect I wish I had gone that route instead of a new 4x4.

I saw the AllRad guy and van at the Adventure Van Expo in Hood River last week. Pretty incredible.Hey Greg,
Have you ever come across one of the Iglhaut Allrad Sprinter 4x4 conversions? I think you can put 37" wheels, and its got some half decent articular from what I've seen (at least compared to the typical Sprinter 4x4 platform).

HalloweenieCheck out the frowny faces on the fuel cans on the back!
CDT...epic!Finally did the CDT with 4 Jeep’s, a e350 Van, a ranger with RTT, a Landy with RTT and my Sprinter.
we started at the Mexican border in Antelope Wells and ended up bailing out near Missoula t because of extreme smoke. So we’ve done 7/8 this of the CDT.
I've read very mixed reviews on the Whitefeather 4x4 conversion...probably would not consider that option. Allrad is legit, not my thing but certainly a very capable Sprinter. Thanks for letting me know about Whitefeather. Will check out their front bumper options as I live one town away in Chico.
The Allrad/Iglhaut rig is up for Auction on the “Bring a Trailer” websiteI saw the AllRad guy and van at the Adventure Van Expo in Hood River last week. Pretty incredible.
