Are valid camp fire permits required for pressurized fuel cook stoves?

Likely to be a non-issue since we'll be moving the event of the National Forest and likely into a developed campground.

Hey folks, please read the updated event info. We have decided to move the event out to the Lost Coast. We've got an awesome location with a variety of daytime activities from hiking, swimming at the river, and 3 trail run options. Please note, this is a county park, which means camp fees are in order. Be sure to read up on that section and bring the recommended cash!

We moved our KOA reservation on Wednesday to Cloverdale. We should be at camp around 1:00 or so on Thursday.

I'll be rolling in just before 8am on Friday morning, so save a spot big enough to park the Grey Goose. I've never been north of Shelter Cove on the Lost Coast, so I'm looking forward to seeing this part of the world. See you on Friday! ---- Andreas

What is our radio channel? Thank you Ben for setting up this event. I'll be departing Oxnard around 0600 for a 10 hour trip, hopefully I don't get stuck with the traffic and arrive earlier to be able to help setup the camp. See yo' All!!

I expect there will definitely be a small group of kids in attendance. Unfortuantely, I've gotta head up Thursday AM so my 9yo will be staying at home this weekend. It's also a popular spot with locals, especially the swimming hole-- there's almost always a sizable group of kids at the campground.
